Based at the Arabelle Solutions plant in La Courneuve, the role consists of ensuring coordination and the role of interface between the purchasing teams and the project team, as well as between the client and the project. A full member of the project team, the person contributes to the respect of project requirements and specificities in relation to the supply chain, and actively participates in achieving performance objectives in terms of costs, quality, and deadlines.
This role relies on strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills to ensure a smooth, structured, and customer-oriented execution.
- Ensure that the purchasing assumptions and strategies defined during the offer phase are clearly shared, understood, and integrated at the start of the project.
- Define, formalize, and make available the project directives and procedures related to the supply chain.
- Communicate the project specifics to the entire purchasing community and ensure compliance with the directives throughout the project execution.
- Contribute to the development of the purchasing schedule and monitor the associated performance indicators.
- Ensure that all suppliers involved in the project are qualified within the required deadlines and manage, if necessary, the client relationship in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Create and update monthly budget monitoring of equipment: budgets, orders, amendments, termination costs.
- Present monthly to management the project status: progress, projections, critical points, performance indicators, and financial results.
- Identify, analyze, and pilot risks and opportunities related to the supply chain.
- Participate in negotiations of high-stakes orders (critical or high-value orders).
- Contribute to initiatives to optimize volumes (grouping orders between product lines or projects, for example).
- Degree in engineering or business school diploma.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to rally and work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in an industrial or technical environment.
- Solid knowledge in project management: planning, risk management, budget and cash management, contract reading, claim management.
- Good understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship management, allowing interaction with various stakeholders (internal teams, suppliers, clients).
- Technical curiosity and ability to understand the industrial and technical issues of the project, even without design expertise.
- Analytical and synthesis skills to handle and present complex issues.
- Aptitude for cross-functional management and coordination of internal and external partners.
- Good professional English level required.
