BMA Mechanical+ seeks a skilled mechanical designer/engineer in Santa Barbara to execute zoning, layout, and load calculations for diverse projects. You will develop Design Development Drawings and Construction Documents with the team, applying California codes to system layouts.
During agency approvals, coordinate corrections with AHJ and teammates to facilitate permitting, and during construction provide Construction Administration support to ensure design intent is realized.
