BKF is seeking a Regional Lead in Southern California Land Development to guide operations, client relationships, and team development across the region. You will report to the Land Development Practice Lead and drive project delivery, growth, and financial performance while collaborating with offices and markets.
The role requires 8–10 years in land development design, at least 3 years in leadership; a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required, with CA PE preferred.
