House Manager & Concierge

• Rewire is a coaching company for founders, executives, and investors working at the frontier of human potential. We're hiring the operational backbone of our Santa Barbara home base - someone who keeps everything running precisely and makes our client experiences seamless from start to finish.

The role (part-time contract, about 20 hrs/week to start; hours and responsibility can grow):

House management: coordinate our housekeeper to keep cleaning and maintenance on schedule, interface with contractors for hot tub service and repairs, manage household inventory, oversee home systems, and keep the house guest-ready.

Rewire client concierge: logistics coordination for clients, retreat prep and execution, and project management to keep everything on time and on budget.

Events: plan and execute dinners, speaking events, and client experiences hosted at the house; hands-on during events as needed (occasionally evenings or weekends).

Local personal support: errands, deliveries, and occasional kid-related logistics.

Who you are: exceptionally organized and obsessed with details; proactive and anticipatory; warm and discreet (NDA required); experienced in hospitality, household management, events, or personal assistance; calm under pressure; an excellent communicator. Valid CA driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Compensation and logistics: $20-30/hr depending on experience, 1099 contract, on-site in Santa Barbara, flexible weekday core hours.
