Job Summary

A well-established community banking organization is seeking a New Accounts/CSR to join its branch banking team in Santa Barbara, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused banking professional with teller, new accounts, and client service experience who enjoys building relationships, supporting daily branch operations, and helping customers select the right banking products and services. • Open, maintain, and service consumer accounts while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with bank policies.
• Assist customers with banking products, account questions, transactions, and general service needs.
• Process teller transactions accurately and support day-to-day branch operations.
• Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs and relationship opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, internal procedures, and BSA requirements.
• Support multiple branch needs as required, including travel between branch locations when needed.

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Compensation: $20 to $31.90 per hour.
