Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Banker/Teller for a full‑time direct hire opportunity in Santa Barbara, CA. The role aligns at the Client Service Representative II, III, or Senior level based on experience.

This position offers stability, growth potential, and a team‑oriented environment focused on delivering professional, solution‑focused service to consumer and business banking clients.

• Open, maintain, and close consumer and business accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trust and Estate accounts, and other assigned types.
• Interview and profile clients to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Process teller transactions accurately while maintaining strong balancing performance and compliance with branch procedures.
• Cross‑sell banking products and services, identify referral opportunities, and support branch growth, profitability, and client retention goals.
• Respond to client inquiries in person and by phone while delivering courteous, professional, and solutions‑focused service.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, account documentation requirements, Bank Secrecy Act guidelines, information security standards, and applicable banking regulations.

• Experience opening consumer accounts.
• Minimum of 1 year banking teller experience for CSR II level.
• Minimum of 2 years banking teller experience for CSR III level.
• Minimum of 3 years banking teller experience for Senior CSR III level.
