Location:

Aegis OP at Villa Santa Barbara - Santa Barbara, CA. Setting:
Outpatient, Rehab Therapy, Assisted Living, Independent Living. Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, no weekends, no evenings, flexible up to 30 hours per week. This role offers great work/life balance and flexibility while enabling you to make a positive impact on residents in outpatient and on-site clinic settings.

• Support physical therapists in outpatient settings to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in care planning.
• Market the clinic, manage scheduling, and work independently where appropriate.
• Treat residents Monday through Friday in their rooms or in an on-site outpatient clinic; no travel to homes outside the building required.
• Engage in patient-centered care to improve the lives of residents and maintain professional standards.

• Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
