Market Outreach Liaison- Santa Barbara

Cottage Health seeks a Market Outreach Liaison - Physicians & Employers, a community-facing ambassador who builds and sustains high trust relationships with physicians and their teams, develops employer partnerships, and monitors competitor intelligence to drive aligned growth across priority service lines.

This role spends the majority of time on physician relationship outreach and service recovery, while dedicating approximately 25% of time to employer liaison activities (e.g., direct access pathways, preferred provider arrangements (Committed Access Partnership Program (CAPP), onsite clinic and/or screening programs).

The position supports strategic goals for Cottage Health, including Cottage Medical Group, Pacific Diagnostic Laboratories and affiliated independent providers across Santa Barbara, Ventura, San Luis Obispo, and Kern Counties. Liaison focused on Santa Barbara region.
