Healthcare Provider Contracts Manager Needed!

Full-time

Under the direction of the Director of Provider Services/Program Development, this position is responsible for managing the contracting function within the Provider Services Department including negotiation, maintenance and tracking of provider contracts. The Provider Contracts Manager works collaboratively with company staff and other agencies/participants involved in the contract development and approval processes including the Director of Legal Affairs and Chief Financial Officer.

Requirements:
Excellent negotiation, oral and written communication skills; excellent analytical and research skills; ability to multi-task and respond under pressure; superior interpersonal and problem solving skills; superior organizational and planning skills; strong ability to be flexible and manage change; strong computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point). Knowledge of Medi-Cal managed care and physician and hospital contracting required.

• Healthcare Administration Experience;
• Six years supervisory and management experience.
• Proven track record and experience in managed healthcare field required.
