Job Description
Title
Interventional Radiology - Cath Lab

Schedule
4x10 Day Shifts (07:00 - 17:00)
On-call:
Yes - 12 call shifts per six-week schedule; includes weekend call twice during that six-week block.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Interventional Radiology (IR) experience required
- Trauma Level I experience preferred
- Previous charge experience preferred
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Preferred: AWHONN Advanced/Intermediate, CCRN, CPI, PALS
- EMR: EPIC
- Key clinical skills: circulate and scrub in cath/IR procedures, conscious sedation monitoring, pulmonary artery/Swan-Ganz lines, telemetry, ventilator experience, triage, sheath removal/vascular closure familiarity
- Equipment proficiency required:
Balloon pump, Impella, rapid infusion devices, ICP

Compliance / Notes
- COVID-19:
Vaccine + booster required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Flu vaccine:
Required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
- Submission requirements: RTO (requested time off) and license in hand required at initial submittal
- Compliance document deadline:
