Pay Breakdown:
Weekly Gross: $7,019
W2: $123.50
Stipend: $2,079

Certifications / Requirements:

• BLS (AHA)

• ACLS (AHA)

• Minimum 10 years of Perfusionist experience (5–10 years may be considered for exceptional candidates)

• Experience with Cell Saver (Hard Stop Requirement)
• Independent ECMO Cannulation & ECMO Management experience (Hard Stop Requirement)

• Experience in CVOR, General OR, and Trauma Level I facilities

• Experience working as a Chief Perfusionist or sole Perfusionist at a facility preferred

• Experience with Epic charting system preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to manage ECMO cannulation from start to finish independently

• Must be comfortable alternating call schedule with Chief Perfusionist

• Call response time required within 15 minutes

• Weekend call every other weekend with rotating overnight call

Unit Details:

• Patient Ratio: 1:1

• Patient Age Group:
Adults, Geriatrics

• Annual Case Volume: ~400 heart surgeries per year

• Advanced procedures including aortic arch repair and grafting (Type A &

B)

• Experience with Cardiopulmonary Bypass (CPB), ECMO, VAD, IABP, and Impella required
