Overview

Our Hotel Name is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable Food Manager to manage the department up to brand standards and Owner expectations. Leading the F&B Team you will help us craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns!

• Management of day to day Food & Beverage operations: 60 seat restaurant, bar and banquets
• Maintain guest confidence through prompt and courteous communication with guests and associates
• Execute F&B to the highest quality of service to guests at all times
• Select/assist in the selection of hotel associates, complete new hire paperwork, review associate performance and conduct personnel actions such as disciplinary actions
• Assist in managing aspects of P&L by controlling costs and achieving budgeted CPOR
• Monitor labor productivity for front of the house and back of the house
• Train department in all duties and empowerment needed to reach top performance levels
• Support the sales efforts of the hotel and generate revenue opportunities
• Complete inventory, ordering and re-stocking of F&B on daily, weekly, monthly basis as required

• Successful Food & Beverage hotel management experience is a must, progressive experience is desired
• Management and Systems experience within the Hilton family of brands is highly preferred
• Must be highly motivated, self-directed, with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Exceptional guest service skills required
• Must possess strong computer skills
• Excellent communication and presentations skills required
• Food Handling Management Certification and Liquor Manager Certifications required
