Greenwood Hospitality Group - - - Responsibilities:
Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and brand standards to ensure consistency and high guest satisfaction.;
Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items for production.;
Maintain sanitation and proper storage; ensure refrigeration and equipment are clean and compliant with health regulations.;
Operate kitchen equipment and follow safety guidelines; report maintenance issues.;
Assist with guest relations and support other departments; participate in long-range planning and hotel programs.
