As a Social Media Intern, you’ll work closely with Yardi’s Corporate Social Media team to monitor brand conversations, track performance, and support key strategic initiatives. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with enterprise‑level social media operations, from analytics to employee advocacy. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn how data, content, and reputation management come together to shape a global brand’s digital presence.

• Monitor social platforms for brand mentions, industry conversations, emerging trends, and potential reputational risks.
• Flag high‑priority mentions, track sentiment, and surface opportunities for engagement or amplification.
• Support data collection and analysis across corporate and business‑unit social channels.
• Assist in building monthly performance reports and identifying trends that inform content optimization.
• Track KPIs including engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
• Support employee advocacy programs by curating content and monitoring engagement metrics
• Contribute to new advocacy initiatives and recommend opportunities to increase employee engagement.
• Assist in developing and supporting the launch of the CEO’s Linked In presence ahead of the YASC conference in San Diego.

• Junior or senior level college hours with a major in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, digital marketing and brand strategy
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Linked In, X, Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
