Pay Range: $73,800 - $131,200 per year. Salary Grade 21. Full benefits. Percentage of Time: 100%. Working days:
Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM.

The Business Analyst assumes overall management responsibility for planning and implementing record processing for Undergraduate Admissions, including transcripts, international documents, test score data, electronic files, and other materials required to finalize student admission records. Duties include managing the training and day-to-day responsibilities of seasonal student staff, performing quality assurance, and managing the efficient workflow of records through Admissions. The Analyst also acts as a representative from admissions on document imaging solutions for Enrollment Services with multiple 3rd-party vendors.

• Manage planning and implementation of processing records (transcripts, test scores, etc.) for Undergraduate Admissions, providing strategic direction, cross‑training staff and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Serve as technology implementation lead, providing training, support, and direction for systems used within the office; maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and FERPA compliance.
• Coordinate data import from external transcripts and data feeds into the Campus Point System; conduct quality control and troubleshoot system issues.
• Control production of application data in both online and batch environments, reconciling applicant records and maintaining school tables.
• Lead quality assurance activities, including data anomaly checks, testing procedures, investigation of customer complaints, and maintaining data integrity.
• Provide support for other University admissions tasks as needed, including recruitment and yield events.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with uAchieve and Slate systems.
• Experience with course articulation.

• Mandated reporting requirements of Child Abuse.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Background check.
