Pay Rate/Range: The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.93 to $40.97/hour. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience; the budget for the position; and the application of fair, equitable, and consistent pay practices at the University. The full salary range for this position is $37.93 to $68.68/hour.

Brief Summary of
Job Duties:
Reporting to the BFS Administrative Manager (Manager), the User Provisioning Analyst provides operational and administrative support for user access management, provisioning coordination, and system access compliance activities related to the Oracle Financial Cloud (OFC) environment. The position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day access provisioning processes, supporting access-related troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with role-based training and established security protocols. The Analyst serves as a primary point of contact for access-related inquiries and Tier 1 support, managing Service Now ticket workflows and coordinating timely resolution of user requests.
The role supports risk mitigation and compliance efforts through maintenance of access documentation, RSA access lists, and transaction models used to monitor system activity and user access patterns. The position works collaboratively with BFS leadership, Business Systems Analysts, and compliance teams to support operational continuity, maintain accurate provisioning records, and contribute to the effectiveness and integrity of financial system access controls.
- Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
- 1-3 years Proven track record serving as a primary point of contact for support, resolving routine inquiries, and managing escalations.
- 1-3 years Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of user access requests, including triage, assignment, and resolution using Service Now or a similar ticketing system.
- 1-3 years Background participating in team process reviews to identify inefficiencies and implement changes that enhance processes.
- 1-3 years Experience drafting, maintaining, and updating formal documentation for workflows, support procedures, and internal control standards.
- 1-3 years Exceptional customer support skills with a track record of successfully resolving Tier 1 system access issues and guiding users through procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years Professional experience managing user provisioning, role assignments, and access administration within Oracle Financial Cloud (OFC) or a comparable enterprise ERP environment.
- 1-3 years Experience navigating and administering user access and controls within the Oracle Financial Cloud (OFC) environment or a similar enterprise ERP system.
- This position is a career appointment, ending after 18 months of employment.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employee sponsorship.
- Satisfactory criminal history background check.
