Job OverviewA law firm seeks a personal injury litigation associate in Santa Barbara, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, preferably in defense, to manage an increased caseload. This role requires in-office work in Santa Barbara.
Duties- Prepare for trials and draft pleadings and motions.
- Summarize medical records and conduct case analysis.
- Prepare discovery responses and take depositions.
- Conduct solid legal research.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- 2-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, defense preferred.
- Experience in trial preparation and legal documentation.
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Ability to work in the Santa Barbara office.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Legal research and analysis.

- Trial preparation and documentation.
- Paid parking in a downtown covered lot.
