NOTE:
We are hiring multiple candidates for this position. This is an in-person role at our campuses in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation support is available.
Most enrollment positions focus on processing volume. This role is designed to uphold standards.
At 2 Hour Learning, we serve families who demand precision, discretion, and verifiable results. We deliver a complete school day within two concentrated hours through AI-powered, mastery-based learning. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable data. The remainder of the day is freed for depth work, independence, and practical skill development. The model is proven. But it requires the right families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment experience for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This is not a handoff structure. You own how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not enrollment volume.
The objective is proper fit.
We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership organizations, or owner-operators who have directly managed high-value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capability to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and consistent follow-through.
If your career has centered on delivering white-glove service where trust, discretion, and experience quality are brand-defining, this role will be recognizable—just directed toward work that genuinely transforms outcomes.
This is a full-time, salaried, in-person position. We are hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation support is available.
