We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing engineering initiatives within a fast-paced production environment focused on innovation and operational excellence. This role combines technical leadership with process strategy, driving improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability. You’ll guide a talented engineering team while helping shape the future of manufacturing operations through smart systems and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead manufacturing engineering teams supporting production, process development, and new product introduction efforts
- Oversee creation and maintenance of assembly drawings, Bills of Materials, and production documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage tooling and fixture development to support efficient and repeatable manufacturing processes
- Partner with operations leadership to implement automation solutions and optimize workflow performance
- Experience managing engineering teams within a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in NPI and process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency with Solid Works for engineering and production support activities
- Working knowledge of SPC and data-driven manufacturing practices
- Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience supporting automation and lean manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated ability to improve production efficiency and quality outcomes
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
