The Part‑Time Bilingual Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in strengthening our digital presence and expanding our reach across English‑ and Spanish‑speaking audiences. This position is primarily responsible for content creation, social media management and digital storytelling that elevates our mission, programs, and impact.

This role is ideal for a creative, detail‑oriented communicator who is comfortable working independently and is passionate about economic mobility, entrepreneurship, and community impact.

• Develop engaging bilingual (English/Spanish) content for social media, newsletters, blog posts, and website updates in alignment with WEV’s social media and marketing plan
• Translate and culturally adapt messaging to resonate authentically with Spanish‑speaking audiences
• Share client success stories, program highlights, and impact data

• Manage content calendar across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Linked In)
• Draft, schedule, and monitor posts
• Engage with followers and respond to messages/comments as appropriate
• Track analytics and provide monthly performance reports

• Create simple graphics using Canva or similar tools
• Ensure brand consistency across digital channels
• Support Event Calendar website updates

• Native‑level fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or related field
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both languages
• Experience managing social media platforms for an organization or brand
• Familiarity with digital media planning tools (e.g. Planoly, Hootsuite)
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Hub Spot)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Passion for nonprofit work, entrepreneurship, and community impact

• Experience working with Hispanic/Spanish‑speaking communities
• Photography and/or short‑form video‑editing skills
• Experience with CRM systems
• Understanding of nonprofit communications and fundraising
• Possesses a car and valid driver’s license (to attend events)

$28 to $34 per hour, commensurate with experience.
