Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Coastal Pediatrics is a well-established independent pediatric practice serving the community of Ventura/Oxnard, CA since 1978. We are looking for a Pediatric NP to join our collegial and collaborative team of three pediatricians. We are located in beautiful coastal Southern California, 1 hour north of Los Angeles and 30 minutes south of Santa Barbara. Our practice is independently owned and maintains a small practice feel in a larger suburban community.

We are looking for a full-time dynamic NP who thrives in a collaborative team environment. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with level of experience and either a 4 vs 5 day work week. • Independently provide pediatric care from birth-21 in an outpatient only Pediatric Clinic.
• Duties include:
  
  well child exams, sports physicals, mental health visits, sick visits and minor injury and wound care.
• Hours of clinic 9-5 M-F. No weekend clinic hours.
• Continued support and guidance from on site Pediatricians. We all continue to learn from each other!
• On call patient triage from home 1 night/week and 1 weekend/month. Tends to be very low number of patient phone calls.
