Licensed Vocational Nurse; LVN

Valle Verde, a Human Good community in Santa Barbara recently named 'Best CCRC in the U.S.' by Newsweek magazine is hiring a Full‑Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) for its Health Center (Skilled Nursing) department.

Full‑Time with a 4/2 rotation. Compensation: $42–$48 per hour (DOE). Shift differentials apply for nights and weekends. Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

• Provide nursing needs of residents while incorporating the Philosophy for Person‑Directed Care.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm.
• Help develop assignments in coordination with care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

• Current LVN/LPN license in the state applying.
• CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post‑acute or sub‑acute care preferred.
