Omega Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to homebound patients in Santa Barbara and surrounding areas. The LVN will work under the direction of RNs and physicians to implement the plan of care.
Ideal candidates are self-directed, reliable, with home health experience, and capable of coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Schedule offers flexibility with at least two days per week, weekends/month, and some holidays.
