Nurse Supervisor

Human Good community is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team in delivering compassionate, person-centered care to older adults. In this role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, supervise and mentor nursing staff, and ensure compliance with care standards and regulations. You will coordinate resident assessments and care plans, support quality and safety initiatives, and collaborate closely with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
