Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships with customers, demonstrating product application, and educating them on benefits;
Conduct product demonstrations and provide tailored makeup and skincare consultations;
Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor, recover floor and fitting rooms, update signage and pricing;
Drive sales and client loyalty by leveraging clienteling tools, promoting offers and staying up to date through training;
Use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to process transactions and enhance the shopping experience
