Whole Foods Market - - Responsibilities:
Provides overall leadership to the Specialty team and manages daily operations including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects.;
Leads and develops Associate Team Leaders and Team Members; responsible for hiring, development, corrective actions, and separations.;
Ensures adherence to health and safety regulations including Food Safety and regulatory duties required in the department.;
Defines expectations and achieves high standards of retail execution; monitors sales, margin, expense, and labor targets; maintains product assortment and inventory control.;
Maintains collaborative relationships with departmental and store leadership and fosters a high-performance team environment.
