Silver Air Private Jets is a leading private aviation company dedicated to providing unparalleled luxury experiences and comprehensive aircraft management services. We are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled and strategic Hub Spot CRM Specialist to optimize our sales operations and enhance our client relationship management. We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual to transform our CRM into a powerful tool that drives sales efficiency, provides actionable insights, and supports our sales professionals in achieving their targets.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of CRM best practices and a proven ability to implement and manage systems that streamline sales workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Optimization and Dashboard Creation:
    Design, develop, and maintain robust Hub Spot dashboards that provide clear, real-time visibility into sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics. This includes creating a customized sales dashboard that helps understand the pre-FCJ (Flight Club Join) job stages and their impact on conversions.
  • Light Email Automation:
    Implement and manage light email automation sequences within Hub Spot to support sales outreach and nurturing efforts, ensuring effective communication with prospects and clients.
  • Sales Pipeline and Activity Visibility:
    Establish a clear, actionable sales pipeline within Hub Spot and create visibility into sales representative activity and sales progression, providing insights into individual and team performance.
  • Target List Development & Management:
    Develop and manage a Top 50, Top 30, and Top 10 target list of high-potential flight departments. Ensure these lists are accurately reflected and tracked within Hub Spot, enabling sales professionals to effectively target and engage with potential Flight Club members.
  • Decision-Maker Identification & Road mapping:
    Identify and roadmap key decision-makers into the CRM system. This includes ensuring that all relevant contact information and engagement history are meticulously recorded and easily accessible to the sales team.
  • Sales Workflow Optimization:
    Design and implement intuitive and efficient sales workflows within Hub Spot that reflect the actual activities of our sales professionals. This includes automating tasks, setting up clear stages in the sales pipeline, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Strategic Thinking and System Building:
    Act as a strategic partner to the sales leadership, identifying opportunities to leverage Hub Spot for improved sales processes and outcomes. Proactively recommend and implement new features or integrations that enhance CRM functionality and sales team productivity.
  • Training and Support:
    Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on Hub Spot best practices, ensuring high adoption rates and effective utilization of the CRM. Develop clear documentation and resources to facilitate self-service and continuous learning.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven experience as a Hub Spot CRM Administrator or Specialist, with a deep understanding of Hub Spot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub functionalities.

  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize CRM workflows for sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create insightful dashboards and reports.
  • Experience in working with sales teams and understanding their operational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into easily understandable terms.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in the aviation or luxury sales industry is a plus, but not required.
