About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator (based in/around Santa Barbara, CA, or U.S. Remote) to support our sales team and help drive operational excellence.
This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution from quote to fulfillment. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Vendors, Logistics, and Operations while serving as a key point of coordination for customer orders and support.

What You'll Do- Assist Account Managers with quoting, order entry, and customer follow-up
- Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and invoices
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Hub Spot or similar)
- Track open quotes and support timely deal conversion
- Support sales reporting and documentation processes
- Process purchase orders and verify accuracy against quotes
- Liaise with vendors and distributors for pricing and availability
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor backorders and resolve discrepancies
- Support RMA and warranty processes
- Serve as a professional point of contact for order status and delivery updates
- Support post‑sales needs including returns and issue resolution
- Help maintain responsive, high‑touch client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Operations, or related field)
- 1–3 years of administrative, sales support, or operations experience
- Familiarity with quoting systems, CRM and ERP systems, or similar order management platforms
- Strong Excel and organizational skills
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
- Experience in IT hardware, networking, or B2B sales environments is a plus
Base Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually
Range is based on experience, skills, and industry background. For highly qualified candidates with relevant B2B or IT industry experience, compensation may trend toward the top of the range.
