Overview

A full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate position. The role focuses on selling Verizon products and services, expanding the Verizon network, and building sustainable customer relationships. • Generate retail sales by leveraging a passion for cutting‑edge technology and outstanding customer service.
• Learn customer needs through inquiry and relationship building.
• Present product insights and solution recommendations to deliver complete, top‑down sales solutions.
• Close sales using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up‑skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Grow the customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in products and services.
• Engage with the community outside the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon sponsored events.

Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on geography, hours worked, and performance. Additional opportunities include up to $18,000 per year in individual‑based commissions for meeting all sales goals. Top performers can earn an extra $14,500 or more in commissions, with total annual earnings up to $65,000–$75,500. The position also offers a $2,500 sign‑on bonus subject to terms and conditions.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant experience (work or military).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to picking up additional shifts during peak periods.
• Experience in a commission‑based environment (preferred).
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating solutions to customers (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
