* Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience.
* Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences.
* Become knowledgeable on all new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, features, technology, and available protection products.
* Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
* Follow up with customers before and after the sale to encourage repeat and referral business.
* Learn and effectively overcome objections while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance objectives.
* Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the dealership CRM.
* Work closely with Sales Managers to achieve department goals.
* Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.## Qualifications
* revious automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
* Retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
* Positive attitude and professional appearance.
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
