We are seeking an exceptional salesperson with a natural ability to connect, style and build lasting client relationships.

athglamour®a distinctive approach to dressing that combines the ease and versatility of athleisure with the sophistication of contemporary fashion, also known as the fashionable cousin of athleisure.

With our established Fashion House in Los Olivos, we are preparing to open our second location in downtown Santa Barbara at
State & Victoria Streets
, and we are looking for exceptional
Retail Sales Associates
to join our team.

. You know how to walk into a fitting room with another piece because you understand what will complete the look. You remember your clients, follow up when something arrives that would be perfect for them, and understand that great selling is about building trust and long-term relationships, not pressure.

Our clients come to us for more than a transaction. They want a point of view, exceptional personal service and someone who can help them feel fantastic in what they're wearing.

This is also an opportunity to be part of something much more entrepreneurial than a traditional retail position. At our Fashion Houses, you are close to the designer and the product, and customer feedback directly informs how we design, merchandise and grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through exceptional service, styling and clienteling
Deliver a highly personalized and welcoming client experience
Style clients and create complete looks rather than simply selling individual pieces
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and returning clients
Proactively follow up with clients about new arrivals, styling ideas and pieces selected specifically for them
Develop strong knowledge of the (IN)
LARKIN® collection, fabrics, fit and Style Stacks®
Contribute customer insights and feedback to the designer and team
Maintain the visual presentation and organization of the Fashion House
Assist with receiving, merchandising, stock organization and inventory
Support store events, VIP appointments and community initiatives
Represent (IN)
LARKIN® with polished professionalism, warmth and genuine enthusiasm for the brand

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of proven sales experience
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed individual sales goals
A genuine passion for fashion, personal style and styling women
Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building skills
Confident, persuasive and comfortable initiating conversations and closing sales
Warm, polished and highly personable
Self-motivated and proactive — you don't wait for customers or tasks to come to you
Strong instinct for understanding what a customer wants and identifying additional opportunities
Reliable, professional and accountable
Comfortable working independently as part of a small, entrepreneurial, founder-led company
Fashion, contemporary or luxury retail experience is a plus —but not required
Weekend and holiday availability required

COMPENSATION

Competitive hourly pay, based on experience + 4% commission on individual sales
