Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including checking alarms, investigating disturbances, and/or contacting emergency services per post orders.;
Help to monitor access points and community amenities by observing for unusual activity, assisting with visitor and/or delivery routing, and reporting policy concerns to site leadership.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations using written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal and site contacts.
