Schedule:

Day Time – Thursday 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM;
Friday 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM;
Saturday 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM;
Sunday 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout operational areas, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contact.
• Support day‑to‑day site operations by communicating with supervisors, personnel, and first responders during incidents, outages, or other critical situations.

• At this site there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
