Overnight Security Officer

Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore in Santa Barbara is seeking an Overnight Security Officer to protect guests and property while the resort is open 24/7, 365 days a year.

• Safeguard the resort, guests, and employee property from vandalism, theft, and crime.
• Monitor and control the movement of employees, visitors, and contractors entering or leaving the resort through the staff entrance.
• Record and control all visitors’ belongings when entering and leaving the resort premises through the employee entrance or loading dock.
• Prevent unauthorized personnel from gaining access to resort floors and back‑of‑the‑house areas.
• Be fully conversant with every detail of the resort layout.
• Check current events, activities, and functions at the time of duty.
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

• Minimum 2 years of security or law‑enforcement experience; luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Outgoing and people‑oriented personality with effective interpersonal skills.
• Team player.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English;
  Spanish a plus.
• Familiar with state and local safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, with flexibility to work as required to maintain 24/7 resort operations.
