As a casual Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Schedule – Must have flexible availability to cover Morning / Swing shifts on any day
• Competitive hourly wage of $26/hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Flexible Availability:
  Must work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require.
• High school education or equivalent (GED)
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – a plus
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32‑hour BSIS security training (training can be obtained during hiring)
• Support available to obtain the California Guard Card license if needed
