The County of Santa Barbara is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Supervisor to manage the inpatient Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) on the 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. shift.
You will supervise registered nurses, psychiatric technicians, LVNs, and recovery assistants, ensuring safe, compliant care and effective staffing across multiple locations. Ideal candidates bring strong supervisory skills, experience in mental health settings, and proficiency with electronic health records and MS Office.
