Participants work closely with case managers and employment specialists to develop individual goals and make positive changes in their lives.
Position Overview Maintains accountability for clients’ location at all times and has knowledge of and implements all Agency policies and procedures governing facility operations including Client Supervision, Key Control and Head Counts.
Monitoring of clients location and visitors log Emergency and other program required procedures.
Collects intake data, develops and documents program plan goals with clients, monitors in the areas of treatment stipulations, job readiness preparation, and community resource referrals. Assists in client orientation as assigned. Makes recommendations to the supervisor for corrective action as required and monitors on an ongoing basis.
Coordinates discharges with referral agencies.
Supervises client work assignments and checks for satisfactory completion.
Adheres to program procedures and enforces rules, regulation and policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Schedule:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:00am-5:00pm and Tuesday/Thursday 12:00pm-8:00pm.
Hourly Rate: $21.86

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with three (1) years’ experience in social services or similar field. Education may be substituted with experience on a year for year basis.
Good written and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Additional Benefits:
Two (2) weeks’ vacation accrued within the first year, bumped to three (3) weeks accrual after 1 year of service.
