Alpha seeks a community-focused relationship builder capable of transforming discerning families into committed advocates for an unconventional educational approach.
You will drive enrollment expansion and parent engagement for a California location. Your objective is to develop a waitlist of no fewer than 150 students through local outreach, persuasive family engagement, consistent inquiry-to-enrollment conversion, and by empowering current parents to serve as active ambassadors for Alpha.
Alpha's students finish core academic work in two hours daily through AI-driven instruction, devoting remaining time to practical skill development. Families pose detailed inquiries and demand thoughtful responses. You must confidently articulate how AI enhances learning, acknowledge its constraints, and justify why Alpha's approach delivers superior results.
This is an on-campus, high-visibility position for someone who builds trust rapidly, maintains rigorous follow-through, and can uphold Alpha's standards while steering families to informed enrollment decisions.
What You Will Be Doing- Generate local awareness via partnerships, outreach initiatives, workshops, and events designed to attract qualified prospective families
- Conduct information sessions and individual family meetings that advance prospects from initial interest to completed enrollment
- Ensure prompt follow-up, monitor family questions and commitments, and enhance conversion rates from inquiry through enrollment
- Cultivate current parents into knowledgeable advocates who drive referrals and bolster Alpha's standing
- Address family concerns with tact and thoughtful judgment while safeguarding Alpha's educational philosophy and standards
- Apply AI tools regularly to draft communications, identify feedback trends, refine outreach strategies, and clearly explain Alpha's AI-based model to families
- Overseeing routine school operations including attendance tracking, scheduling, or parent-teacher meetings
- Organizing social activities lacking a direct connection to enrollment, advocacy, or community expansion
- Serving as a passive complaint handler or simply distributing updates to parents
- Modifying Alpha's educational framework to accommodate individual parent preferences
- Operating primarily from a desk or depending on email as your main communication channel
