Santa Barbara Rescue Mission is seeking a Homeless Guests Services Case Manager to develop and facilitate individualized case management for shelter guests. You will create service plans, meet guests regularly, and coordinate referrals to housing, benefits, and health resources.
In this role, you build trust, maintain records, and use motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care to support clients.
