Position: Top Secret Cleared Full Stack Web Developer with Security Clearance
Our client, a defense contractor located at Naval Base Point Mugu near Camarillo, CA, is seeking a Top Secret Cleared Full Stack Web Developer for full-time employment. This role is onsite on a 9/80 schedule and will support the architecture, development, integration, and maintenance of mission-critical systems within a SAFe/Agile environment for a DoD program. The position involves building microservices-based applications, modern React front ends, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and real-time application features.

Required Skills:

* 3+ years of experience in full stack software development
* 3+ years of experience working with CI/CD pipelines in an Agile Dev Ops environment
* 3+ years of experience with Java or C#, JavaScript, containers, and microservices architecture
* 3+ years of experience with SQL and database design
* Experience developing backend services using Java Spring Boot or similar frameworks
* Experience developing front-end applications using React

JS or similar JavaScript frameworks
* Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
* Experience using Git for version control
* Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
* Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket or similar tools
* Experience working on Agile teams and as a Scrum team member
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
* BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; additional relevant experience may be substituted
* U.S. Citizenship with an active Top Secret security clearance Preferred

Skills:

* Experience working in a SAFe environment
* Experience with Rabbit

MQ or other AMQP-based messaging systems
* Experience with Hibernate, JPA, or other Java ORM frameworks
* Experience implementing automated testing including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
* Experience with Web Sockets and real-time web applications
* Experience with React

The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
