Santander AI Lab (CDAIO) in Madrid, Spain, seeks a Frontier Agentic AI Engineer to design and deploy production-grade, multi-agent AI systems with real memory and robust planning. You’ll work with tools like Lang Graph, Auto Gen and partners to scale AI solutions across our banking infrastructure.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS or related field; 4–8 years in software/AI, 2+ years with LLMs in production;
English and Spanish proficiency; strong focus on regulatory banking use cases and REST API
