Warehouse Assistant

Job Description

• Load/Unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and store products in designated areas.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
• Deliver materials from one warehouse to the other using a box truck.
• Take pallets with empty boxes to be disposed at the local trash yard.
• Pick orders accordingly
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders.
• Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and pickups.
• Prepare shipments for pickup.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.
• Report discrepancies or damages to supervisor.
• Follow the FIFO process to ensure accurate consumption.
• Work with a WMS to ensure inventory control.

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards promptly.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily operational goals

• Must be able to operate a forklift and pallet jack
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
• Must have basic math skills
• Must be able to communicate well
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be able to read and write in English fluently.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and safety procedures
• Bilingual a plus!
