This role providesa variety of activities—includingcustomer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance—making it ideal for someone who enjoysbeingactive, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Though preferred, thishands-on, foundational roledoesn’trequireprior industry experience; we provideworld-class trainingto set you up for success from day one!

This role supports the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, andbuildcustomerrelationships.

• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.

Warehouse & Yard Operations

• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.

• Maintain a clean, organized,well-stocked,and welcoming warehouse and yard,while following all equipment and material-handlingsafetystandards.

Inventory Management

• Receiveandstockdeliveriesandtransfers.

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.

Delivery and Transportation

• Loadandunloadmaterials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.

• Safelydelivercustomer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.

What we are looking for…

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift 50–75lbsregularly

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors

Strong work ethic and reliability

Basic math and communication skills

An eagerness to work as a teamand deliver world-class customer service

Preferred, but not required…

Warehouse associate experience

Delivery driver experience

Forklift Certification

Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials(remember, our training rocks)

Spanish Bi-Lingual isalways aplus
