Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate for a direct hire opportunity in Santa Barbara, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse professional with strong organization skills, physical stamina, and experience supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations in a retail environment.

• Organize and maintain warehouse areas to support efficient daily operations.
• Load, unload, move, and stage shipments, deliveries, and stock safely and accurately.
• Lift and move heavy items up to 150 lbs using proper techniques and equipment when needed.
• Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items.
• Assist with assembling, packing, and preparing items for delivery or showroom display.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following safety procedures.

• Pay range: $20 to $23 per hour.
• Job type:
  Direct hire.

• Weekend availability is required.
• The business is closed on Tuesdays.

• Organize warehouse space and maintain efficient stock flow.
• Load, unload, lift, move, pack, and prepare merchandise for delivery or display.
• Support inventory accuracy through checks, reporting, and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant warehouse, shipping and receiving, logistics, or stockroom experience.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 150 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness and availability to work weekends.

• Basic knowledge of inventory systems.
• Prior experience in a retail warehouse, stockroom, shipping and receiving, or delivery preparation environment.
• Experience assembling, packing, staging, or preparing merchandise for showroom display or customer delivery.
