Senior Analyst - Billing/Invoicing Lead to cash – United States, Santa Clara, California
Job SummaryResponsible for maintaining accurate records of all billing transactions. This includes updating customer accounts, processing payments, and generating reports on billing activities.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to customers, ensuring that all billing information is accurate and complete.
- Handle the reconciliation of billing accounts to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Includes tracking and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the billing process.
- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions. Includes updating customer accounts, processing payments, and generating reports on billing activities.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to ensure that all billing‑related inquiries and issues are resolved promptly.
- Play a key role in ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Stay up-to-date with changes in billing practices and procedures and implement any necessary updates to ensure compliance.
- Proficient in billing and invoicing processes and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and month‑end activities.
- Excellent service mindset and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
- B.Com/BBA or equivalent graduation is required.
- Relevant certifications in billing and invoicing (optional but valuable).
Maximum Salary (US): $115,000 Minimum Salary (US): $95,000
Compensation and BenefitsA candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;
