Location:

Santa Clara, CA (4 days onsite a week) Duration: 2-3 months contract

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Administrative Assistant to support the legal teams. This position requires prior experience in administrative support, polished communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks in a fast-paced environment in a discreet and confidential manner.

• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
• Manage calendars, coordinate internal & external meetings both local and international, arrange travel, both domestic and international, prepare expense reports and general administrative functions, assist guests, create/execute purchase requisitions, process invoices. Coordinate meetings and events & maintain files.

• 3+ years of business experience and administrative support experience
• Proficient with MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work well and collaborate with a diverse range of people, levels and job functions.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information with high level of discretion and sensitivity.
• Close attention to detail while working under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of management and other colleagues.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
