Project Coordinator - Temp to Permanent Hire

The Project Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and coordinate project activities.

Job Type: Full‑time

Determine customer and project contacts from the Statement of Work. Identify resources needed and assign or request the resource assignment to the engagement. In conjunction with project stakeholders, ensure alignment with project goals.

As an Engineering Program Specialist, your top priority will be partnering with Technical Program Managers to deliver hardware to cross‑functional teams and support engineering initiatives.

Job Title:

Project Coordinator IV (AI Implementation) – Hybrid (Seattle, WA / Menlo Park, CA / New York, NY / Washington, DC). Duration:
Contract – 6 months. Pay Range: $55/hr – $58/hr (W2).

Provides advanced operational and administrative support to Account Managers, Designers, and Project Managers, serving as a subject matter expert for order processing and project coordination.
