You AreUST is searching for an Administrative Support who will provide administrative and onsite support for SCLA customer meetings, coordinating meeting logistics, catering, AV support, facilities requests, and external dining arrangements.
The Opportunity- Procure and reserve meeting room(s) for onsite customer meetings.
- Arrange catering and manage food & beverage requirements.
- Coordinate with the IT team to ensure AV support and meeting connectivity are arranged.
- Assist with onsite logistics, including:
- Greeting customers and guests.
- Preparing and distributing badges.
- Coordinating parking arrangements.
- Setting up signage.
- Submitting and coordinating facilities requests.
- Reserve private dining venues outside of Applied Materials, when required.
- Coordinate private dining arrangements, including room reservations, wine, and gifts.
- Manage F&B contracts and related arrangements.
- Experience range 1–3 years
- Knowledge
- Knowledge of meeting and event coordination processes.
- Understanding of catering, food & beverage, and venue arrangements.
- Basic understanding of AV/IT support requirements for meetings.
- Knowledge of onsite logistics, facilities coordination, parking, signage, and visitor management.
- Familiarity with handling vendors, contracts, and service arrangements.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple meeting-related tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Professional and customer-service-oriented approach.
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

$42,000-$63,000
BenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
