Office Administrator/ Coordinator
• Schedule crews, technicians, installers, customers, vendors, and deliveries
• Handle customer calls and professional email communication, including job confirmations and status updates
• Maintain project trackers and calendars, and follow open items until they're actually closed
• Manage work orders, invoices, purchase orders, and vendor/subcontractor coordination
• Track materials and equipment, and coordinate deliveries
• Keep multiple jobs organized at once and communicate delays or changes clearly
• Provide management with clear, concise status updates
• Grow into coordinating or supervising crews, vendors, or subcontractors over time
• A track record of being the person others relied on to keep jobs, schedules, or projects on track
• Comfortable with everyday business software (Excel/Sheets, Gmail/Outlook, Word/Docs; Quick Books, or scheduling/work-order software a plus)
• Strong professional English;
Spanish is a bonus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license — this role involves local travel between sites
• Able to work onsite daily in the Mountain View / Sunnyvale / Santa Clara area
• Degree preferred
