- Operations Analyst to support the Marketing Operations Team for Nvidia.

As a key member of the Marketing Operations team, you will own the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) process ensuring data integrity, compliance and timeliness. You will support NVIDIA's OEM Partners and engage with cross‐functional teams s is a visible role for a detailed individual who has a customer service focus and who can function in a growing, dynamic environment.

This is a W-2 full-time onsite contract position based in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is flexible based on experience with full benefits and opportunity for permanent employment with the company.

“Compensation is based on several factors, including location, and may vary based on business related factors such as experience, and education. The base salary for this position ranges from 70k. to 90k.”

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support all aspects of the MDF process focusing on educating NVIDIAN’s through the nuances of partner funded MDF.
  • Manage and support incoming and outgoing MDF budgets.
  • Assist Partner Marketing Managers with accurate and timely claim submissions, appropriate documentation and enforcing guidelines.
  • Work with internal and external accounts payable teams to research and resolve questions.
  • Engage with Partner Marketing Mangers and partners on translating the marketing plan into the MDF portal.
  • Summarize MDF marketing plan activities and present, in conjunction with other team members, to executives. Facilitate the execution of the executive business reviews.
  • Nurture positive relationships with MDF partners, Global Enterprise Partner Marketing Managers, Regional Marketing Managers, Global Account Managers, Finance, and IT.
  • Safe‐guard data integrity by ensuring projects are submitted correctly for accurate reporting downstream.
  • Build and publish financial reports to executives and partners ensuring they are accurate, relevant, and timely.
  • Help establish guidelines, timelines, and standardization templates to improve MDF workflow

What we need to see:

  • Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Finance or Marketing (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of experience in a business finance, operations, or marketing capacity.
  • 2‐5 years in high-tech marketing managing an MDF process.
  • Experience in marketing, budgeting, reporting and operations support.
  • Great attention to detail with consistent accuracy.
  • Capacity to nurture relationships, foster communication and build trust.
  • Experience delivering against multiple projects simultaneously in a changing environment.
  • Self‐motivated individual who can work independently to identify and solve problems. Ability to clearly identify key issues of importance to manager.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Have a basic understanding of financial processes to advise on relevant matters.

  • Solid problem solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Co‐marketing/Alliance Partner marketing experience.
  • Solid understanding of workflow automation tools/process and experience running reports in Sales Force is a plus.
  • Solid business judgment and time management; be hands-on, accurate, detail & results-oriented.
